How much stuff do you have in your life that you’d rather get rid of?
How much load are you carrying around, slowing you down?
I’m talking about the visible stuff and I’m also talking about the invisible stuff; the stuff that we carry in our mind. The stuff that stands between where we are and where we’d rather be. The crap that stands between us and those things that truly matter to us.
How can those things we desire ever flow into our life, if our life is cluttered with stuff that might not serve us any more?
Come join me, behind the scenes, out in the field. I welcome you to follow me around as I clear and clean the waste of what once used to be nutritious and what now only sits in my way.
I invite you to follow me and learn how you also can clear and clean to make space for new things to flow into your life…
Do you recognize the patterns in your life that no longer serve you?
Can you find the thoughts that limit you?
What are the things that matter to you that you wish to receive in your life?

Feel the Connection,

Hi,
Just had a rest watching your 2 clips. What fun. I clear and clean my paddocks every morning and you’ve just lent another dimension to the experience.
Thank you, for the above on cleaning, it will, I know turn my life around from all the horrid things been experiencing lately so A HUGE THANK YOU
Hey Brian and Katleen:
Well, I can’t tell you what a great impact these two videos have had on my day! First, just let me say – Brian – at the end of the second vid you had me all choked up because I could see in your beautiful face how sincere you were to share these concepts with folks and really help us – and Katleen behind the camera – you are both marvelous. I got such a nice feeling seeing how much love went into this video.
A couple of things for me. I have spent the past two months in the middle of an office move where my co-workers and I left a rather large space and moved into a smaller one. We had 15 years of ‘crap’ to clean up – paper, electronics, junk, dust! And yes, at one time it all mattered and was essential to our daily lives. What a process and what a lot of work it is when you let it build up for that long! (Note to self: Don’t let things build up for 15 years!) We are now in our beautiful, small, fresh, clean and more minimalist space and I feel like a HUGE load has been lifted and I’m ready to get creative and move forward. We are working on new projects and ideas and are ready to fill our space with exciting new things.
I am also doing something similar at home. We have a beautiful sunroom space that has been an office/hobby/workout,junkroom also for about 15 years. My friend and I decided to convert it into a yoga/meditation studio. Again, what a LOT of work and this time – lots of personal ‘stuff’ that I was holding onto, which once was so important but now is just taking up space that I could be using for something else – like keeping my mind, spirit and body healthy. So, out with the dusty, old crap, a good cleaning, set up our space for our new activities and get ready to let all of the fresh, new energy flow into our lives!
As far as the horses and barn work – Of course, we do the same as you and clean the paddock every day, and this video is a great refresher for me. I have always followed the principal “clear home and clear yard equals clear head” and I take the opportunity to turn routine barn chores into a time of meditation and a ‘gratitude’ session where I acknowledge how fortunate I am to have these wonderful beings in my life – how it keeps me out in the fresh air moving around and how nurturing them and their living space is like nurturing myself and all the people who benefit from being in our environment. Well, it’s been a LONG winter and lately the chores have started to seem like – chores, so – this video was just what I needed to change my focus back to enjoying my chores and turning them back into a daily meditational experience of sorts.
And one more thing, I did realize Brian when you were naming the various things that are our ‘horseshit’ like anger, resentment, etc. – that I had a bit of crap that has been building up for awhile and really needed to be cleared up. It’s done and off I go to new things. I will try to keep on top of it! I do appreciate that you noted – there is no way to not have any of that crap, but the important thing is to keep on top of it – in with the grass, out with the horseshit – just don’t let it build up!
This presentation was so relevant for me on every level. I can’t thank you enough for once again, breathing some clarity into my life and giving me the boost that I need to move forward with a few new ideas that have been brewing in the back of my mind. As we say here “It’s time to go get shit done!” Thanks guys – hugs to you both, and have fun with spring and summer!
