Unless you live in a vacuum, you will encounter resistance in your life. Whether it be emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical or social.
Resistance holds us here and keeps all forms of matter from slipping away.
The question is: How will you use this resistance to direct your “flow” while not blocking your “go”?
As a river flows into the sea, over many different terrains, it is bound by the resistance offered by its banks and it is drawn forward by gravity. Like the river, we can use the power of resistance to move through life happily when we choose the Path of Least Resistance.
Horses, as extensions of Mother Nature, naturally follow the Path of Least Resistance when moving from one focus to another. It is the natural thing for them to do.
We can move more naturally when we remember to choose what feels better in every situation we encounter.
In every situation, look for your Yes.
Yeses will align you with your flow.
Yeses will free your flow.
Yeses will put momentum in your go.
When I am communicating, conversing or connecting with Brenda Lee, I’m always looking for the “yes”. I’m looking for ways to say “Yes” to less; less effort, less resistance. I want to confirm “Yes” with Brenda Lee, to the same asking.
I’m looking for the Path of Least Resistance.
I’m looking beyond the physical request, to the whispered request. And then ultimately to the intended request; where our communication happens at the energy of intent.
AND….
I celebrate the times when I’m able to experience the ultimate Path of Least Resistance where she is waiting for me at my intent before I intend it.
This feels like love – because it is Love.
At the place where there is no resistance between the two of us and I can’t tell where she begins and I end is the place where there is only flow. Flow (which feels like nothing and everything at the same time) is the place that I am constantly trying to follow the Path of Least Resistance toward.
This place is found by following my better feeling thoughts. Thoughts in my head, my heart, my intuition, and my body.
Yes in my mind!
Yes in my heart!
Yes in my gut!
Yessssss in my whole body!
…And then Wooo-hoooo! Celebrate the free flow as it follows the powerful Path of Least Resistance toward what matters to me in my life.
(Of course, it helps if you are focused on what matters to you, so your movement is toward what matters – and not simply forward.)
Don’t worry if you have not chosen something specific that matters at first.
Simply let your good feeling matter and choose thoughts that feel better.
Once you are on the “Good Feeling Frequency” you can find all sorts of delicious choices that matter. Then, direct your feeling-infused focus and start your journey down the Path of Least Resistance toward what matters to you while simultaneously opening up a Path of Least Resistance between you and what matters – so it can flow toward you.
This place is found by following the energy of some other words that begin with “R” and are not resistant and flow creators.

Relax, breath, meditate, give yourself a break.
Relieve yourself of the burden of carrying around all the clutter of the past. Let go, so you can let it flow.
Release the Personal Horsepower within you. Let in all the gifts you have, as a result of being a live breathing human being transforming into a human becoming.
Restore yourself to “Wonderment”.
Recover what is your “Natural” birthright.
Reconnect with all the wisdom in you heart, intellect, body and spirit.
Realize that you are already enough – NOW.
Reach for your dreams. Your dreams matter – you matter – and what matters to you matters.
Horses (like all of nature) follow the Path of Least Resistance toward what instinct and mother nature are calling them toward.
We, through the use of our choice and the directing of our feeling-infused focus, will find the Path of Least Resistance that leads us toward alignment with our perfect NEXT by following our bliss.
In the words of Bob Marley and Bobby McFerrin: “Don’t worry, be happy”.
We create our reality by taking control of our focus and directing it.
Old patterns of behavior and beliefs that no longer serve us will offer resistance along the way.
There will always be resistance, we need it live.
We don’t need to live by it.
We can choose to work with it and choose the Path of Least Resistance toward what matters most in life, starting with I matter, we matter, you matter.
Let what matters to you matter more than what doesn’t.
Allow what matters to you to dominate your thoughts and feelings.
Start down the Path of Least Resistance today.
Look for your Yes.
Start with feeling your best yeses.
Move toward your best yes yet.
Feel the Connection (To what matters)
